Legislative Committee

Terms of Reference

The committee shall be responsible for pharmacy legislation.  It shall review existing legislation and be responsible for the drafting of any amendments to current legislation.

The Legislative Committee shall operate in accordance with the NLPB Policy on Committees of the Board, except where otherwise noted in this Terms of Reference.

• The Legislative Committee shall consist of at least three members appointed by the Board.

• The committee shall meet at least twice in each calendar year.

• The Secretary-Registrar, or his/her delegate, shall act as secretary of the committee (ex-officio).
